WHAT DO YOU PAY YOUR BABYSITTERS? And how do you decide? Do you pay a colleged-age sitter more than you would a younger one? Do you adjust your payment based on the difficulty of the job? Does the number of kids you have factor in to your decision? Do you think the cost of living in your area makes a difference?
