Thanks for the link to "Cancer's Unexpected Blessings." I really needed to read that today. Someone very close to me is just starting down this new path. I like his statement, "God likes to go off-road."

I heard about the python on the news yesterday. Yikes!! I have two (small) snakes of my own, but that would still totally freak me out. I think laundry would be dh's job! lol

I really appreciated the Tony Snow article. I was so happy to hear he was a Christian. What great faith he had. That was a great article.

Just read the John McCain article. All 17 pages of it. Wow. Talk about patriotism. What better quality could we ask for in a President? How he survived is a miracle in itself.
