Thanks for the In the Name of Awareness link. I was really not interested in participating until my friend who wrote "white with survivor pocket" asked me to participate. How could I say no to her? I couldn't. I'm still not thrilled my bra color was out there for all to see, but it was important to her, and I can always change my bra. "Awareness" things tend to feel empty to me; who isn't "aware" of cancer? But I loved her take on the whole meme.
And She's Always Standing There? Devastating, and SO important to remember: we're lucky to get old enough to worry about the cancer to begin with.

Two out of two have reduced me to tears. Thank you for the reminders that life, here, is fragile. If you get the opportunity, please hug Arianne (gently) for me (even though this was the first time I visited her blog).
Nice to "see" you btw. I hope you are doing well.

Thank you for the links. Especially, well, you know the one.
And I never did post my bra color because, I, uh, wasn't wearing one at the time. :/
Hope you are having a great week.
love,
Steph

Well, I, for one, do not believe anything the President says; his actions have refuted his words time and time again. I will believe LOST will air at its scheduled time when I see it.

Thank you for those links.
Mabel made me cry, because I lost my baby boy, too. If any of you have had miscarriages or stillbirths, I made a 2-minute "Prayer Through Tears" video for you, here:

I'll pray that your friend has such peace when she lies down to sleep tonight.
